Description
Content description translated from WorldCat (https://www.worldcat.org/title/dieciseis-dias-a-timbuktu-sixteen-days-to-timbuktu/oclc/981262058) :
In the country of Mali, Africa, salt miners have a way of life that has changed little or nothing in the evolution of time. The owners of the mines, merchants and buyers are united with the caravans of camels which must make a long journey through the Sahara desert. Timbuktu, the final city of salt caravans, gathers a history and tradition in its people that dates back several centuries.
